Bojangles growth in Arizona and Nevada, a TA acquisition in Texas and a new Sbarro in Ohio extend the company's nationwide footprint.
LAS VEGAS, Sept. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- LV Petroleum LLC closed out July with a series of restaurant openings, operational turnovers and a travel center acquisition across Arizona, Texas, Nevada and Ohio. The additions strengthened key brand partnerships and extended the company's ability to serve local communities, professional drivers and travelers nationwide.
On July 20, LV Petroleum opened Bojangles' first Arizona restaurant in Gilbert, serving the greater Phoenix market. The opening introduced Bojangles' signature chicken, made-from-scratch biscuits and Legendary Iced Tea® to a new state and marked another major step in LV Petroleum's partnership with the Carolina-born brand.
Three days later, on July 23, LV Petroleum acquired a travel center in Seminole, OK. The addition further expands the company's travel center network and supports its continued growth throughout Oklahoma, providing professional drivers and local motorists with another reliable destination for fuel, food and roadside services.
On July 29, LV Petroleum continued its Bojangles growth in Nevada by opening a new location at Rio. This addition builds on LV Petroleum's multi-unit development strategy.
July also included the opening of a Sbarro Pizza in Napoleon, Ohio, adding another familiar dining option to the company's Midwest portfolio and continuing a restaurant partnership that has expanded steadily across LV Petroleum locations nationwide.
"July reflects the strength of our diversified growth strategy," said Kris Roach, president and CEO of LV Petroleum. "Whether we are entering a new restaurant market, opening another location with a trusted brand or adding a travel center, our teams are focused on executing with consistency and creating a strong experience for every guest."
Earlier in July, LV Petroleum reported 90 travel centers and 221 restaurant locations nationwide, with a goal of reaching 100 travel centers. The Seminole acquisition and the month's restaurant additions continue that momentum while broadening the company's footprint in key markets.
